Job description:​
  • Participation in the creation of mechanical concept solutions,
  • Designing and developing technological documentation with a special focus on the food and tobacco industries,
  • Designing and implementing new technological and constructional solutions into production,
  • Introducing design changes and modernizing existing projects,
  • Solving current problems related to the construction of equipment and ongoing investments,
  • Supervising the implementation of new machinery, equipment, and technological processes at the client's site,
  • Preparing offers, cost estimates, and work schedules,
  • Preparing assembly documentation and instructions for safe work execution,
  • Reporting on the progress and results of work,
  • Close cooperation with the Production Department and other teams.

Requirements
  • Higher technical education – engineering profile in mechanics, mechatronics, or related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Very good knowledge of technical drawing and practical skills in using documentation,
  • Knowledge of design rules and experience in this area,
  • Knowledge of current standards and directives in the EU
  • Creativity, independence, and responsibility in decision-making,
  • Very good knowledge of CAD software: Autodesk (Inventor, AutoCAD),
  • Good command of English and/or German and/or French,
  • Effective work organization, high personal culture,
  • Problem-solving skills,
  • Responsibility for the timely and correct execution of assigned tasks,
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and abroad,
  • Willingness to share knowledge in the workplace,
  • Communication skills,
  • Flexibility and customer orientation,
  • High level of interpersonal skills,
  • Category B driving license,
  • Experience in supervising work during installation and commissioning of production lines will be an additional advantage.
